Forward Virginia is excited to announce that Forward Party Executive Chair former Massachusetts Lt. Governor Kerry Healey, will be the special guest for our March statewide meeting. We will be honoring Women's History Month and the importance of having women serve in political leadership. Lt. Governor Healey brings a wealth of expertise in politics, education, and business to her Executive Chair role at the Forward Party. We are thankful for her leadership, and we are honored to have her speak with us.
Please join us this coming Wednesday, March 19, from 6:00 – 7:00 pm, to hear the conversation with Lt. Gov. Healey and to discuss Forward Virginia’s upcoming activities.
Our conversation with Lt. Gov. Healey is the inaugural "fireside chat" feature on Virginia Forward’s monthly statewide calls. Our Vice Chairwoman for Communications, best-selling author, and journalist, Sophia A. Nelson, will open each call with a fireside chat with a special guest who will help to inform, engage, and inspire committee members, public attendees, and volunteers. We are excited to launch this new segment and look forward to many exciting conversations.
