- Responsibilities: Find venues or set up online meetings, ensuring functional agendas and equipment (E/V). Coordinate to make Statewide IL FWD Meetings a success.

Town Hall Coordinator with County Leads:
- Responsibilities: Collaborate with County Leads to find venues, offer guidance, and provide checklists for successful Town Hall event planning and promotion.

Fundraising Coordinator:
- Responsibilities: Collaborate with Fundraising and Communications committee chairs to find venues, create agendas, and ensure functional E/V equipment for fundraising events.
