Join the Young Forwardists for a virtual ☕ Coffee Chat ☕ with Terrance Carroll, the former Colorado legislator and former Speaker of the Colorado House of Representatives. This event provides young activists an exclusive opportunity to learn the intricacies of politics that you can’t study in the classroom. Speaker Carroll will share his insights on policy writing and lobbying, as well as key strategies for advancing an idea from concept to paper, especially in polarized times. In the spirit of a “Coffee Chat,” the discussion will begin with a brief introduction of the Speaker’s background and then move into a safe space for student Q&A.
