1) weekly leadership calls on Thursdays @ 8:30pm EST
2) proactively engaging your local community, warm and cold alike
3) organizing volunteer events /meetups at least once per month
4) contributing to state strategy
5) welcoming new members in your region of Michigan through email/phone weekly.
