If an embryo in a jar in a freezer is a legally protected extrauterine child, then how do we treat an ectopic pregnancy which by definition is an extrauterine child. Proven by ultrasound (showing the baby head, body, legs, and beating heart).
Chronic treatment by methotrexate or others drugs kills the child- murder 1.
Surgerical removal kills – murder1.
Delay of treatment until the baby heart stops to legally protect the doctors and hospitals, risks fatal bleeding which kills mother and child- malpractice, depraved indifference to life, manslaughter, etc.
