Virginia Democracy Day is an opportunity for all Virginians to lobby at the Virginia General Assembly for democracy reform legislation.  The event is organized by a coalition of advocacy organizations that operate across Virginia.

Issues that are being promoted include ranked-choice voting, independent redistricting, and a range of campaign finance measures.  Forward Virginia specifically supports ranked-choice voting and independent redistricting.  While we have not taken a position on campaign finance reform measures, many Forward supporters do support them in alignment with Forward's values.
