This event will allow us Forward Partiers to get to know one another, and to strategize on growing The Forward Party in Connecticut. There will be beer, wine and non-alcoholic refreshments. Meeting for less than an hour is important, because it'll be mid-week, and our first meeting. But, good casual dining is within walking distance, for those of us who want to continue the conversation afterwards. We'll talk about ideas that the attendees have for promoting Forward, and then agree when to meet again to continue the conversation. Having a good plan upfront is important, as opposed to fundraising or running rallies right away, if this new third party is to thrive in Connecticut.
