Madison Granger is passionate about the health of our democracy and to her, that means having more than two parties at the table. Growing up in a Marine Corps family instilled values of selflessness and hard work in Madison from a young age. In her professional life, Madison has managed corporate wellness programs for Fortune 500 clients that reached 100k+ people across 40+ countries. As the pandemic wound down, Madison began advocating for pro-democracy changes such as Ranked Choice Voting (RCV) at meetings for the Arlington County Board and the Virginia General Assembly, contributing to the recent successful adoption of RCV in Arlington’s County Board elections. As a moderate with loved ones on both sides of the aisle, Madison will bring people together to find effective, common-ground solutions to divisive problems.
