The Georgia Forward Party leadership is excited to invite you to a community gathering at the coffeehouse Guild + Journeyman in Decatur!
We believe that creating a better future starts with building a stronger community and that the most effective solutions are the ones we build together—which is why we want to bring everyone to the table. Whether you identify as progressive, conservative, or anywhere in between, you are welcome here. Finding common ground is the first step toward generating the collective power needed to create change in the world.
When: April 11th | 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Where: Guild + Journeyman, 115 Clairemont Ave, Decatur, GA
Who: You, your family, and fellow community-minded neighbors
What to Expect:
- For the Kids (and Kids at Heart): We’ll have games and art activities ready to go so the whole family can enjoy the evening.
- For the Community: Meaningful, facilitated discussions on current social issues. We aim to help everyone feel better equipped to have productive conversations and take action in their daily lives.
- Food & Drink: We’ll provide some light snacks to get us started. We also plan on ordering a larger meal for the group—if you’d like to join in on the food, please bring a few dollars to chip in!
