It's election season, and Alaska is having one of the most interesting elections in the country. The only thing that would make it more interesting is more competition. We have the best voting system in the country for 3rd party and independents, so why aren't we seeing more candidates. I think it's clear that this system is necessary but not sufficient. Let's discuss what we're seeing and how we can help.

• We're working with the No On 2 campaign to save RCV. Please sign up on their website and follow them on social media to find events. Defeating measure 2 is our top priority for being able to compete as a 3rd party in following years. Also, the people you meet at a No On 2 event are exactly the kind of people that we want in our party in the future. Spread the word.

• There are a lot of independent candidates in our state. A lot of these folks are trying to bring outside voices to our government but are being shoved around by the 2 major parties. If you have knowledge of a race or candidate we should be more familiar with, please let us know.
