Because of my beliefs... let me explain?

I believe we are all one human family & wish to prove it to my daughter. I feel this party is a step in the right direction. I was always taught that "together we stand, divided we fall."  Looking around at the state of our country I'm concerned by what I'm seeing in the media & from government certain officials, but looking at what I see in the streets I am relieved. There is obviously a disconnect that needs to be resolved. We love & support each other no matter if we disagree sometimes. When we see someone struggling we help them. When we see someone being mistreated we stand up for them. When we are threatened we join hands & stand together against any threat. That's the America I know, we are a family. That's just what family does. 

I feel the media & certain government officials trying their best to sew doubt, hatred, & division into my family. I want to join my hands & stop those who think they can bully us. We are not divided. We will not let them trample on the people we love.

If this party is willing to be the force that reminds everyone that no matter our race, religion, ethnicity, political party, income, sex, or sexual preferences we are all still human beings who are deserving of not just equal rights but also equal representation... then I will support this party.
