Utah State Chair

Adam Teuscher

Adam received a bachelor’s in computer science and now works as a software engineer for a small company focused on computer vision and automation for the agriculture and food industries. Adam found Andrew Yang in 2019 and has been a fan ever since, including volunteering briefly for his New York mayoral campaign in 2021 and now for Forward. Adam is eager for election reform to become a reality and to help connect those who share that goal.

Utah State Vice Chair

Laura Johnson

Laura is a former middle school teacher and business owner who moved to Utah from Florida in 2006. As a believer in “Positive Politics”, Laura is excited about the future of the Forward Party and loves the idea of uniting Americans on both sides of the political aisle while empowering them to solve problems instead of fighting over them. Laura also loves snowboarding and hiking Utah mountains with her husband, Derek, as well as supporting local restaurants and businesses with her two daughters.

Utah State Treasurer

Phil Boileau

Phil received a BA in English and Film Studies from the University of Michigan and now works as an independent data management consultant for businesses and nonprofits nationwide. Forward has provided Phil with the political formula he always wanted to believe was possible: More Parties = Healthier Parties. He’s a recent transplant to Utah, so be sure to tease him if you hear him mispronounce Tooele or Hurricane.

Utah State Secretary

Lynn Taylor

Lynn earned a bachelor's in Aerospace Engineering and an MBA with a focus in eBusiness. He served for 10 years in the U.S. Air Force, where he flew the A-10 Thunderbolt II (affectionately known as the "Warthog") and taught the Army and the Air Force how to play nice together. Lynn is a friend of innovative ideas, a foe of rancorous tribalism, and a fan of Forward Party ideals. (He also likes to write.)
